I consider myself quite chatty and yet when faced with the task of writing my own bio I was at a loss for words. I contemplated mentioning my BA from Brock University, my CFP designation, my extensive income tax knowledge and/or teaching at Fanshawe College. In the end, I decided to let my wonderful clients speak for me. I asked them why, after being in business since 1996 do they continue to support me. Below are the comments I received…..

Whoever thinks of Dawna only at tax time is missing out on ALOT!! Personality I would agree with - but also that you care enough to do right by your clients... period...no bank that I've come across can say the same.
You are easy to talk with and understand - not intimidating with "finanicial language". You put things in simple easy to understand terms and I don't feel stupid when I don't get something - you take time to get to know your clients on a more personal level so you can understand where we are coming from and help us to know what would work best for us.

I see you as upbeat, positive, insightful and encouraging to name a few off the top of my head. Oh and supportive....how could I forget. I especially like the way you remember facts about me/ my family, where the 'bank' lady doesn't.
